LIFE FOR ALL primary approach to poverty alleviation through transformational development is called Community Transformation Programme (CTP).The CTP will continue to pursue the nation building efforts through child focused development. CTP aims to change the value system of the community. CTP will empower the community to take ownership of the program for their own development and address the micro-macro issues of poverty and ignorance. Building relationship, increasing participation, facilitating community organization and developing leadership is central to achieve this goal.
CTP focuses on a geographical area covering a population of 50,000 to 75,000 people. It is a long term involvement of 8-10 years rooted in the community partnership with the civil society, NGOs and the government.
CTP facilitates the sustainable transformational development of the communities; the main focus of the development is the well being of children. And thus making an effort to build an equitable society. And to begin with this task more importance is to have a modal village - Adarsh Gaon (Perfect Village)
